By day, Felicia is Manager of Stakeholder Engagement at the Walmart Foundation, developing strategic relationships and communications opportunities to enhance reputation and increase program engagement. By night, she is the co-founder, marketing and communications manager with Type 3 Web Design, a WordPress development firm bringing online solutions to very small businesses. She holds a B.A. in Organizational Management from John Brown University and a Masters in management and motivation of three teenagers. She is active with nonprofits in Northwest Arkansas, currently involved in the Alumni Council and Advisory Council of the Single Parent Scholarship Fund of Benton County (SPSFBC) and she recently ended her term on the Board of Directors of the Botanical Gardens of the Ozarks.
