Michael has a solid background in design with two visual arts degrees from S.C.A.D. and years of experience as a graphic designer, both at agencies and as a freelancer. These days, Michael works with a group of digital craftsmen at Doc4 Design and Mill Creek Software to help organizations use the power of design and technology to get more leads, close more sales, retain more customers, and find new streams of revenue.
